I've been thinking about doing the P90X, but not sure yet. I work out but love to eat. I'm getting older and it's getting harder. I went from 105# 8yrs ago to 128#. I'm 43 and I try to work out 3-4dys a week, but then those darn holidays come around and hit me in the stomach and I gained it all over again. I only want to be at #120. I did 10miles today on the bike and 2miles on the Treadmill. Getting back into my routine again finally and starting to feel good, oh and being able to fit back in my skinny clothes is nice too...lol

People say they need a gym to get motivated, but what people don't realize is it's so much better to work out at home. 1.your toilet area is your only, you don't have to share and you can get their quicker..2.you don't have to worry about fat peoples sweat all over the equipment, it your sweat..3.you can watch your favorite show on TV and not CNN all the time(we have to watch it at the post gym cuz it's Military Gym. If you have stairs, you can do stair stepping, do your lunges from your bedroom to your kitchen...such simple things done from the comfort of your own home and lose weight
